According to the law art.7 D.Lgs. 196/03:

• The person concerned has the right to obtain the confirmation of the personal-data existence concerning himself, even if not yet registered, and their communication in readable form.
• The person concerned has the right to obtain the information about:
  a) personal-data origin;
  b) the treatment purpose and modality;
  c) the logic used in case of electronic system use;
  d) the identification data of the owner, the responsible people and the person in charge according to the law article 5, paragraph 2;
  e) the persons and associations to whom the personal-data can be transmitted or the eventual further transmission to other persons within the Country.
• The person concerned has the right to obtain:
  a) data up-dating, data amendments, and ,when is interested , the integration of the data;
  b) the deletion , the change into an anonymous form or the block of the data treated violating the law, included the ones for which the conservation related to the aims of the collection or subsequently treated is not needed;
  c) the attestation that the people to whom the data have been diffused or communicated are aware of the procedure as per the letter a) and b) and their relevant contents, except the case in which this execution is impossible or requires an effort out of proportion in relation to the rights to respect.
• The person concerned has the right to refuse completely or in part the treatment of his personal data:
  a) for rightful grounds even if they are pertinent to purpose of the data collection;
  b) for the sending of advertising material or direct sale or for market research or commercial communication.

The lack of communication of the personal data, which are compulsory to process an eventual order , will not allow the process of the order itself, while the personal data, which are not compulsory, don't generate any consequence for the order processing. Prior agreement, Walmec S.p.A. could treat your personal-data for the services execution, for which the recording is required, and for commercial purposes such as offers , promotions or all other kind of commercial aims processed by Walmec S.p.A. or other operators. 2. the services execution for which the recording is required (for example, the post sale assistance, products updating)
